Iron House is my first John Hart novel and I am totally impressed with this author. This book was hard to put down and from the start it was non-stop action and thrills. The book excerpt leads one to believe it is a plot that revolves completely around the mob, however that is not the case. Iron House is the name of an institution where two boys amongst many are the focus of the story. One weak, the other strong, the weak one is adopted by a senator's wife who cannot have children of her own. But why would a senator's wife want to adopt a full grown child and not a new born infant? The seeds planted long ago are in wait and as the story evolves they only sink deeper and deeper and only sprout once all the evil and deception hits the surface. Hart has presented an incredible cast of characters, they left my skin tingling, my mind boggled, and it only made me want to read more of this amazing novel.
